Rule 16-3100 - GENERAL PROVISIONS

3100.1

This chapter shall set forth the administrative procedures implementing the Act. The Schedule of Fines, which establishes the civil penalties for specific infractions subject to administrative adjudication under the Act, is in Chapter 32 of this title.

AUTHORITY: Unless otherwise noted, the authority for this chapter is § 105 of the Department of Consumer and Regulatory Affairs Civil Infractions Act of 1985, D.C. Law 6-42, D.C. Code § 2-1801 et seq. (2001), and Mayor's Order 86-38, issued March 4, 1986, 33 DCR 1823 (March 21, 1986).
