Rule 15-801 - COLLOCATION

801.1

The Chesapeake and Potomac Telephone Company shall not be required to offer physical collocation for intrastate service, but shall be permitted to determine, on a central office-by-central office basis, whether interconnection shall be accomplished by physical or virtual collocation.
