Rule 15-1702 - JURISDICTION OF THE PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION

1702.1

The Public Service Commission shall retain jurisdiction over operations conducted under this chapter and may under its statutory authority, take the action it deems necessary to protect the public, or for any other reason consistent with its statutory mandate.
