The provisions of this chapter are issued pursuant to the authority under the Short Term Rental Regulation Act of 2018, effective April 25, 2019 (D.C. Law 22-307; D.C. Official Code § 30-201.01et seq.) and Mayor's Order 2020-104, dated October 13, 2020.
The provisions of this chapter shall be applicable to all short-term rentals as defined by this chapter.
