Rule 14-9201 - PURPOSES

9201.1

The purposes of the HCV/HOAP are to:

(a) Provide safe, adequate and affordable housing;

(b) De-concentrate areas of geographic poverty;

(c) Encourage upward mobility;

(d) Foster economic self sufficiency; and

(e) Increase home ownership, while minimizing mortgage default risk.
