Rule 14-9102 - ENROLLMENT

9102.1

Once a participant is enrolled in the study group and has begun receiving assistance using the alternative rent policy, the following regularly scheduled events shall occur:

(a) Triennial recertification, at which time income is calculated and total tenant payment and family rent to owner are determined,

(b) Interim recertifications, limited to no more than one participant initiated interim per year except in the case of a hardship waiver.

9102.2

At initial enrollment, the household may be provided with a temporary Total Tenant Payment, pursuant to Section 9110.
