As described in the Drug-Free Workplace Act, it is the policy of the Authority to provide a drug-free workplace and for all employees to abide by this policy. Accordingly, an employee of the Authority is prohibited from engaging in the unlawful manufacture, distribution, dispersion, possession, or use of a controlled substance in the workplace. Violations of this or other prohibitions on drug use by Authority employees may result in disciplinary action, to include removal.
