Rule 14-7107 - HOLIDAYS

7107.1

The Authority allows the following paid holidays:

(a) New Year's Day (January 1st);

(b) Dr. M.L. King Jr.'s Birthday (3rd Monday in January);

(c) President's Day (3rd Monday in February);

(d) Memorial Day (last Monday in May);

(e) Independence Day (July 4th);

(f) Labor Day (1st Monday in September);

(g) Columbus Day (2nd Monday in October);

(h) Veteran's Day (November 11th);

(i) Thanksgiving Day (4th Thursday in November);

(j) Christmas Day (December 25th); and

(k) Inauguration Day (Once every four years).
