Rule 14-6312 - TRANSCRIPT OF PROCEDURES6312.1Normally, verbatim transcripts shall not be made of the proceedings. However, if either party desires a transcript, the party shall do the following:
(a) Secure, at his or her own expense, the services of a qualified transcriber service, subject to the approval of the hearing officer;(b) Pay all costs incurred directly to the reporting firm; and(c) Furnish a copy of the transcript to the hearing officer for his or her certification and incorporation into the record of the proceedings.6312.2Either party may, at his or her own expense, make a tape recording of the proceeding upon disclosure to the hearing officer and the other party.
