Rule 14-6312 - TRANSCRIPT OF PROCEDURES
6312.1

Normally, verbatim transcripts shall not be made of the proceedings. However, if either party desires a transcript, the party shall do the following:

(a) Secure, at his or her own expense, the services of a qualified transcriber service, subject to the approval of the hearing officer;
(b) Pay all costs incurred directly to the reporting firm; and
(c) Furnish a copy of the transcript to the hearing officer for his or her certification and incorporation into the record of the proceedings.
6312.2

Either party may, at his or her own expense, make a tape recording of the proceeding upon disclosure to the hearing officer and the other party.
