Rule 14-5202 - NOTIFICATION AND ATTENDANCE

5202.1

HCVP shall notify Families in writing, by first class mail or hand delivery, of their eligibility for assistance at the time that they are invited to attend a briefing. The notice shall identify who is required to attend the briefing, as well as the date and time of the scheduled briefing.
