Rule 14-1501 - PROCEDURES1501.1Where no specific time frame for the correction of the violation is contained in the law or regulation under which the violation has occurred, the following factors shall be considered in determining how much time should be given to correct the violation:
(a) The number of conditions to be corrected;(b) The complexity or severity of the violation;(c) The centralization of the violation in a few dwelling units or dispersion throughout many;(d) The immediacy of any hazard presented;(e) The availability of a particular type of material or labor skill needed to correct the violation;(f) Weather conditions; and(g) Any other factors as may be relevant in the particular case.D.C.
