All kitchens where food is prepared shall be equipped with adequate hand- washing facilities for the washing and cleansing of the hands, equipped with running hot and cold water, soap and approved sanitary towels.
The use of the common towel is prohibited.
No employee shall return from a toilet room without having first washed his or her hands.
Handwashing signs shall be posted in each toilet room used by employees.
