Strike Section 406.2 of the International Swimming Pool and Spa Code in its entirety and substitute a new Section 406.2 of the Swimming Pool and Spa Code in its place, to read as follows:
Pool perimeter access. A deck or unobstructed access shall be provided for not less than 90 percent of the pool perimeter. For the purpose of this section, the length of the infinity edge of a Class C infinity swimming pool shall not be counted towards the perimeter of the pool
