Strike the definition of "Residential" in Section 202 of the International Swimming Pool and Spa Code in its entirety and substitute a new definition of "Residential" in Section 202 of the Swimming Pool and Spa Code in its place, to read as follows:
RESIDENTIAL.
For purposes of this code, residential applies to detached one- and two- family dwellings and townhouses not more than three stories in height, Group R- 3 occupancies, and dwelling units in Group R- 2 occupancies.
