Strike Section 307.4.3 of the International Fire Code and insert a new Section 307.4.3 into the Fire Code in its place to read as follows:
Portable Outdoor Fire Places. Portable outdoor fire places and fire pits shall be used in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and shall not be operated within 15 feet of a structure or combustible materials.
