Strike Chapter 1 of the 2015 International Fuel Gas Code in its entirety and insert a new Chapter 1 into the Fuel Gas Code in its place to read as follows:
Scope and Intent. Scope and intent of the Fuel Gas Code shall be governed by Chapter 1 of the Building Code, Title 12-A DCMR.
Administration and Enforcement. Administration and enforcement of the Fuel Gas Code shall be governed by Chapter 1 of the Building Code, Title 12-A DCMR.
