Strike Section 3107.1 of the International Building Code in its entirety and insert new Section 3107.1 to the Building Code in its place to read as follows:
General. Signs shall be designed, constructed and maintained in accordance with the applicable requirements of the Construction Codes, including, but not limited to, the Property Maintenance Code, and Chapters 1, 16, 24 and 26 and Appendix N of the Building Code, except to the extent that any of the provisions of the Construction Codes are superseded by regulations adopted in the District of Columbia pursuant to the Sign Legislation.
