Insert new Section 1512 to the Building Code to read as follows:
Roof solar reflectance and thermal emittance. Low-sloped roofs shall comply with the roof solar reflectance and thermal emittance requirements set forth in Section 5.5.3.1.1 of the Energy Conservation Code-Commercial and Section R402.6 of the Energy Conservation Code-Residential, as applicable.
