Placement prohibited. The placement of recreational vehicles wholly or partially within a flood hazard area shall not be authorized in coastal high- hazard areas and in floodways.
Temporary placement.Recreational vehicles located wholly or partially within a flood hazard area shall be fully licensed and ready for highway use, and shall be placed on a site for not more than 180 consecutive days.
Permanent placement.Recreational vehicles located wholly or partially within a flood hazard area that are not fully licensed and ready for highway use, or that are to be placed on a site for more than 180 consecutive days, shall meet the requirements of Section G501 for manufactured homes.
