Rule 12-A-G107 - VIOLATIONS
G107.1

General. The administrative and enforcement provisions of Chapter 1, 12-A DCMR are applicable to any violations of this appendix.

G107.1.1

Presumptive Violation. A building or structure located on a development site wholly or partially within a flood hazard area, that is constructed or substantially improved pursuant to a permit issued by the code official after the effective date of the Construction Codes, but without the documentation of elevation of the lowest floor, other required design certifications, or other evidence of compliance required by the Construction Codes, shall be deemed to be in violation of the Construction Codes until such time as the requisite documentation is provided.
