Rule 12-A-G102 - APPLICABILITY

G102.1

General. This appendix, in conjunction with the Construction Codes, provides minimum requirements for development on a development site located wholly or partially within a flood hazard area.

G102.2

Establishment of flood hazard areas.Flood hazard areas are established in 20 DCMR Chapter 31.
