Rule 11-X202 - EXPANSION OR REPLACEMENT OF EXISTING CHANCERIES

202.1

An existing chancery in a low- to medium-density residential zone may be expanded or replaced, subject to disapproval by the Board of Zoning Adjustment, in accordance with the review standards of Subtitle X § 201.8.
