Rule 11-W122 - WOODLEY PARK NEIGHBORHOOD MIXED-USE ZONES

122.1

The Woodley Park Neighborhood Mixed-Use zones (NMU-4/WP and NMU-5A/WP) apply to a compact geographic area surrounding the Woodley Park/Zoo Metrorail station, comprising:

(a) Those lots in the NMU-4 zone in Squares 2202 and 2203; and

(b) Those lots in the NMU-5A zone in Square 2204.
