A building in the D-5-R zone is subject to the use regulations in Subtitle I, Chapter 3 and may generate or receive credits pursuant to Subtitle I, Chapters 8 and 9.
A building in the D-5-R with frontage on a designated primary or secondary street adjacent to Square 425, 428, 429 and 454 in the Chinatown Sub-Area is further governed by the use requirements in Subtitle I § 609.
A building with frontage on a designated primary street in the Mount Vernon Triangle Principal Intersection Sub-Area at the intersection of 5th and K Streets, N.W. is subject to the additional use regulations in Subtitle I § 612.
