Rule 11-I526 - FRONT BUILD-TO (D-4)

526.1

A building in the D-4 zone is not subject to front build-to regulations, unless it fronts on South Capitol Street and is subject to the regulations in Subtitle I §§ 616.7 or 616.8 for a designated tertiary street segment.
