Rule 11-G607 - GREEN AREA RATIO (GAR)

607.1

The minimum required GAR for the MU-15 through MU-19 zones shall be 0.3.

607.2

The minimum required GAR for the MU-20 and MU-21 zones shall be 0.2.

607.3

The minimum required GAR for the MU-22 zone shall be 0.2.
