Rule 11-E5103 - LOT OCCUPANCY

5103.1

A building or structure shall not occupy an alley lot in excess of the maximum lot occupancy as set forth in the following table:

Less than 1,800 sq. ft.	N/A
Between 1,800 sq. ft. and 2,000 sq. ft.	90%
Larger than 2,000 sq. ft.	80%
