The following development standards shall apply to buildings on Alley Record Lots in the RF zones:
TABLE E § 5100.1: ALLEY LOT DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS (RF)
(a) Maximum Height | 20 ft. and 2 stories, including the penthouse |
(b) Maximum Lot Occupancy | |
Less than 1,800 sq. ft. of lot area | N/A |
Between 1,800 and 2,000 sq. ft. of lot area | 90% |
Over 2,000 sq. ft. of lot area | 80% |
(c) Minimum Rear Yard | 5 ft. from any lot line of all abutting non-Alley Lots |
(d) Minimum Side Yard | 5 ft. from any lot line of all abutting non-Alley Lots |
(e) Minimum Alley Centerline Setback | 7.5 ft. from the centerline of all abutting alleys |
(f) Minimum Pervious Surface | 10% |
Uses on Alley Lots shall be as permitted in Subtitle U, Chapter 6.
