Rule 11-D202 - LOT DIMENSIONS
202.1

Except as provided elsewhere in this title, the minimum required lot width and lot area for the creation of a new lot of record shall be as set forth in the following table:

Except as provided in Subtitle D § 202.3, the minimum dimensions of lots for

Mandatory Inclusionary Developments in any of the R-2 and R-3 zones, shall be as set forth in the following table, which incorporates the IZ modifications authorized by Subtitle C § 1002.2:
