Rule 11-C304 - RULES OF MEASUREMENT FOR LOT WIDTH304.1 Where the lot is an interior lot, lot width shall be determined as follows:
(a) Establish two points by measuring along each side lot line a distance of thirty feet (30 ft.) from the intersection point of each side lot line and the street lot line;(b) Measure the distance of a straight line connecting the two points described in paragraph (a) of this subsection; and(c) The distance of the straight line connecting the two points described in paragraph (b) of this subsection shall be the "lot width" of the lot.304.2 Where the lot is a through lot, lot width shall be determined as follows:
(a) Identify the longest street lot line;(b) Establish two points by measuring a distance of thirty feet (30 ft.) from the intersection of each side lot line and the street lot line identified in paragraph (a) of this subsection, along each side lot line;(c) Measure the distance of a straight line connecting the two points described in paragraph (b) of this subsection; and(d) The distance of the straight line connecting the two points described in paragraph (c) of this subsection shall be the "lot width" of the through lot.304.3 Where the lot is a corner lot, the lot width shall be determined by measuring the width of the longest street lot line.
