Rule 11-C1101 - APPLICABILITY

1101.1

The waterfront shall be that area proximate to either the Potomac or Anacostia rivers.

1101.2

The provisions of this chapter shall apply to all properties with frontage on the Anacostia or Potomac Rivers.
