The development standards for a zone shall be determined by the combination of the general rules in Subtitle C, general standards in each land use subtitle, and base zone-specific regulations as stated in the development standard tables and text in each land use subtitle.
Development standards for geographically modified zones shall always be those of the base zone unless otherwise modified by a specific geographically modified zone.
