Rule 11-630 - HEIGHT (CR)
630.1

Except as provided in this section, the height of buildings and structures, not including a penthouse, shall not exceed ninety feet (90 ft.).

630.2

Free-standing, primarily ground-supported signs shall not exceed twenty feet (20 ft.) in height.

630.3

Spires, towers, domes, pinnacles or minarets serving as architectural embellishments, penthouses over elevator shafts, ventilator shafts, antennas, chimneys, smokestacks, or fire sprinkler tanks may be erected to a height in excess of that which this sections otherwise authorizes. This section shall not be interpreted to bypass otherwise required special exception reviews.

630.4

A penthouse may be erected to a height in excess of that which this section otherwise authorizes, but shall not exceed a height of twenty feet (20 ft.) or one (1) story, as measured from the surface of the roof upon which the penthouse sits. A mezzanine for habitable or mechanical space is permitted; and a second story is permitted for penthouse mechanical space only.

A public recreation and community center shall not exceed a height of forty-five (45) feet.
