Rule 11-3312 - PENTHOUSES

3312.1

The provisions of § 411 shall apply to penthouses in the StE Zone Districts

3312.2

A penthouse may be erected to a height in excess of that permitted in § 3301 but shall not exceed the height, as measured from the surface of the roof upon which the penthouse sits, in the following table:

StE-6, StE-13, StE-18	20 ft.	1 plus mezzanine; second story permitted for penthouse mechanical space
