All residential development is subject to Inclusionary Zoning and shall be constructed according to the provisions set forth in Chapter 26 except for § 2604.
The FAR, lot occupancy, and height maximums of § 3306.2 shall serve as the maximum permitted density for buildings and structures within each subdistrict including for the provision of inclusionary units.
