Rule 11-2920 - COMMUNITY REVIEW

In conformance with § 3099.1 of this Title, the affected Advisory Neighborhood Commission (ANC) shall be granted party status to any application submitted pursuant to this chapter, and may participate in the public hearing for the application pursuant to § 3012.5 and 3012.6.
