Rule 11-2906 - PENTHOUSES

2906.1

The provisions of § 411 shall apply to penthouses in the USN Zone District.

2906.2

A penthouse may be erected to a height in excess of that permitted in § 2905 but shall not exceed the height, as measured from the surface of the roof upon which the penthouse is located, in the following table:
