Rule 11-2508 - TENEMENT HOUSES

2508.1

The erection or construction of new tenement houses is expressly prohibited in any zone district.

2508.2

Conversion to a tenement house of a building or other structure erected or constructed after May 12, 1958, is expressly prohibited in any zone district.
