Rule 10-C3200 - GENERAL PROVISIONS

3200.1

All proceedings of the Mayor's Agent and Board shall be conducted in accordance with the Administrative Procedure Act (D.C. Official Code § 2-501 et seq.) and other applicable laws and regulations.
