Rule 10-B5017 - APPLICANT'S STATEMENT AND VALIDITY OF ISSUES
5017.1

Each application shall contain a written statement made under oath and signed by the applicant stating that the factual representations contained in the application are true.

5017.2

False statements in any application made under this chapter shall be subject to criminal prosecution pursuant to 31 Stat. 1329, ch. 854, § 858 (1901), D.C. Code § 22-2501 (1981).

5017.3

A misstatement in the application or a breach of a contractual undertaking may result in criminal or civil liability and disqualification of the responsible party from participation in other facilities financed by bonds, but it is not intended that a misstatement or breach shall itself affect the validity of the bond act or of any bonds issued pursuant to the bond act.
