The field notes shall be color coded as in the system in use by the Office of the Surveyor.
The Registered Land Surveyor shall submit to the Office of the Surveyor the original field notes with a full size color copy of the notes for every survey and wall examination made pursuant to this chapter.
The originals shall be on eight and one-half by eleven inch (81/2 in. x 11 in.) sheets of a white paper base, fifty percent (50%) rag content, twenty-four pound (24 lb.) stock having a water resistant surface with three (3) hole standard punched centers of four and one-quarter by four and one-quarter inches (41/4 in. x 41/4 in.).
The color copy required by § 2812.2 shall be machine made on a sheet being the same size required for the original and being a two (2) mil thickness, non-tear white coated polyester material with three (3) holes standard punched centers of four and one-quarter by four and one-quarter inches (41/4 in. x 41/4 in.).
Each sheet of notes shall be numbered, legible and in the English language.
A cover sheet shall accompany the field notes to reflect the type, location, field party chief, date, and name of the Land Surveyor with his or her certification and signature that the notes comply with this chapter.
The field notes shall contain, as a minimum, the following information:
