Rule 10-B2231 - SUBMISSION OF CLAIMS
2231.1

All claims for payment shall be submitted on official forms provided by the Relocation Office, and shall be supported with documentation, as required by the office.

2231.2

All claims for payment shall be filed within eighteen (18) months of the completion of the move; except replacement housing payments for owner-occupants, which may be filed within eighteen (18) months from the completion of the move or eighteen (18) months from the date on which the District makes its final payment for the site dwelling, whichever is later.

2231.3

The time limitations set forth in § 2231.2 may be waived by the Relocation Office upon a determination that failure to file within the prescribed time was for good cause.
