Rule 10-B2211 - MULTIPLE OCCUPANCY OF THE SAME DWELLING UNIT
2211.1

If two (2) or more eligible families occupy the same single-family dwelling unit, each family shall be eligible for moving expenses and a replacement housing payment, if each relocates to separate dwelling units.

2211.2

Two (2) or more eligible individuals without an identifiable head of the household, who occupy the same family dwelling unit, shall be considered to be one (1) "family" for purposes of fixed payment moving expenses and for replacement housing payments. Each eligible individual may claim reimbursement for actual moving expenses.

2211.3

When all eligible individuals under § 2211.2 do not relocate to decent, safe, and sanitary housing, the Relocation Office, in computing the replacement housing payment, shall determine and pay to those individuals who relocate into decent, safe, and sanitary housing a pro rata share of the appropriate payment that would have been received had all those individuals relocated together in the same ownership or rental status they had at the time of initiation of negotiations.
