Rule 1-2926 - RENTAL HOUSING CASES - CONCILIATION, ARBITRATION, AND MEDIATION2926.1For rent stabilization cases, the parties may request conciliation or arbitration of any dispute by the RAD in accordance with its regulations.
2926.2The parties may request, or an Administrative Law Judge may order, mediation of any dispute pursuant to §§ 2820.
