2829.1Before issuing an order imposing any sanctions under the OAH Establishment Act (D.C. Official Code §§ 2-1831.01 - .19), the presiding Administrative Law Judge shall allow the party subject to the sanction an opportunity to be heard. Any order imposing a sanction shall be in writing.
