Each party shall have the right to appear at a hearing to offer evidence and cross-examine witnesses. The Presiding Officer may impose a reasonable limitation on the number of persons who cross-examine a witness.
Witnesses shall be examined and cross-examined under oath or affirmation.
Exhibits may be offered in evidence at the hearing. No materials shall be submitted for the record which exceed legal size.
The Board may exclude incompetent, irrelevant, immaterial or unduly repetitious evidence.
A complete record shall be made of all evidence presented during the course of a hearing. Any person desiring a written copy of the record, and who requests that copy within a reasonable time, shall be furnished with a copy.
