Rule 1-1703 - REQUIREMENTS FOR CONTRACTS
1703.1

Any contract entered into after the effective date of this chapter shall contain the following:

(a) Payment due date or dates;
(b) Separate payment dates if a contract provides for partial payments for partial execution or deliveries;
(c) A stated inspection period, where necessary, for acceptance of property or services;
(d) Name (where practicable), title, telephone number, and complete address of the responsible official to whom payments are to be sent;
(e) The business concern's DUNS number;
(f) Purchase order or contract number;
(g) Description of goods and services to be provided; and
(h) Price and quantity of goods and services.
1703.2

A contract for meat or meat food products, perishable agricultural commodities, or any other contract with a payment due date based on delivery, shall require that a proper invoice be submitted with each shipment. Supplies under these contracts shall not be deemed delivered until the later of the date of actual delivery or the date of receipt of a proper invoice.
