The Chief of the Library shall establish procedures for the reproduction of Library material.
The Chief of the Library shall prohibit the copying of Library material by any method that might result in damage to an item.
The Administrator may charge a fee for the reproduction of Library material by Library personnel or with Library equipment.
The Administrator shall publish a fee schedule for the copying of Library materials.
