Section 101-19.0 - Severability19.1 If, at any time, provisions within these regulations relating to Section 5.0 are invalidated by a court of law, the entire regulation shall become null and void with the exception of the footprints for non-conforming uses shown in Appendix B and the public notice provisions of Section 14.0 of these regulations.19.2 If, at any time, provisions other than those relating to requirements in Section 5.0 are invalidated by a court of law, then only those particular provisions will become null and void and all other provisions will remain operational.7 Del.
