Section 7102-51.0 - Notification Requirements51.1 At a minimum, Class V injection well owners/operators must provide inventory information regarding their Class V injection well(s) to the Department, within the specified time period.51.2 Inventory requirements. In accordance with Section 30.0, owners/operators of Class V wells are required to submit information regarding the injection activities, in accordance with these regulations.51.3 Required information shall include, but is not limited to, the following: Owners/operators of all types of Class V wells must submit at least the following information for each Class V well: facility name and location (including tax parcel number and latitude and longitude); name, phone number, physical or street address and mailing address of legal contact; ownership of facility; nature and type of injection well(s); and operating status of injection well(s). Providing this information does not preclude the need for a Fact Sheet as set forth in Section 9.0.7 Del. Admin. Code § 7102-51.0
